Our Palm Desert Vacation Rental

Welcome to our 1600 square foot two bedroom resort style vacation condo located  in the heart of Palm Desert in a great community, Spanish Walk.  Built in 2008 it features two large balconies to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in a view of the mountains, a large master suite, 56 inch flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with  granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.  Its central location makes for an easy drive to local desert attractions, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, outdoor activities and golf.

This new community, where our vacation rental condo is located, is  influenced by Spanish architecture with its three main architectural styles being Spanish Colonial, Santa Barbara, and Monterey.   Adding to the authentic and distinctive architecture, pedestrian friendly paseos, pools and parks are incorporated in the master-plan design in a way that creates a natural feeling within the community.
